Welcome to B&R Computer Services, LLC. By engaging our computer repair and IT support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
B&R Computer Services, LLC agrees to provide computer repair and IT support services as outlined in the specific proposal or agreement signed by the client. Services may include hardware diagnostics and repair, software troubleshooting, virus and malware removal, data backup and recovery, networking and Wi‑Fi setup, and ongoing small business IT support.
The client agrees to provide necessary access to devices, systems, user accounts, and physical locations required to perform the services. This may include administrator passwords, remote access permissions, or the ability to temporarily remove security software during troubleshooting. Delays in providing access may result in timeline adjustments.
Invoices are generated at the time of service, per project milestone, or on a recurring basis for support plans, as agreed. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. B&R Computer Services, LLC reserves the right to suspend or withhold further services if payments are overdue.
The client is responsible for direct payment of any third-party software licenses, replacement parts, cloud storage, backup services, or internet service provider (ISP) fees. B&R Computer Services, LLC service fees do not include these external costs unless expressly stated in writing.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. Upon termination, B&R Computer Services, LLC will, where applicable, return control of client accounts and provide any agreed documentation or configuration details.
